The Treasure Hunt

I was walking down the road, I was treasure hunting.  I found something really shiny, but it was just .... an ordinary rock.  I am hunting something special, something that I could find.
Suddenly I saw something golden, I thought that it was gold but when I picked it up.... It was only a piece of golden glass.  This time I walked to the little pond, I got out a strainer - just right out of my bag, I got the strainer and reached in at the bottom of the pond...  I got it up and SURPRISE...  In the strainer there was a piece of gold, a diamond, ruby... I was very happy that I could get this LUCKY.

    Great little story Sanika!
    Your story is just a bit over a hundred words atd that's given me an idea. In Year 5 we wrote some Hundred Word Stories:

      I kept the ruby ( in the story) but I did'nt write it.
